start a quest, then wait. basically you are going off to find some gold and gems. you can use these as currency or as craft materials. Cooldowns are the timer that represent how long you must wait in between questing. Some quests have longer cooldowns, and embarking on any quest requires a reset for each quest.

Gold Quest: No cooldown, 60 second timer to complete. Reward is 1 Gold token

Gem Quest: 5 min cooldown, 60 second timer to complete. Reward is 1 Gem token

Dragon Quest: 12 Hour cooldown, 5% success rate. Reward is 1 xp and 1 Dragon Scale
